We want you to be completely satisfied with your seaweed-infused skincare; if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are protected to prevent damage during transit back to our Cornish studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
